- 2 chicken thighs about 500-600 grams
- 200 grams of smoked bacon
- 1 jar of Napoletana Panzani
- 1 onion
- 2 small carrots
- 2 celery stalks
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Basil
- Seasonings: salt, pepper, sugar, MSG, broth mix
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients
- Wash the chicken thighs, drain them
- Shredded carrots, thinly sliced onions, small pieces of celery
- Peeled and chopped garlic
- Pork belly cut into bite-sized pieces
Step 2: Start cooking
- Boil the pasta according to Panzani’s instructions.
- Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to the hot pan. Add the smoked pork. Roast the pork belly with olive oil only for about 2 minutes.
- When the pork belly starts to tighten again, add the onion and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Next, add the carrots, onions, and celery and stir-fry together. Lower the heat, season to taste, stir well, then cover, cook for about 4-5 minutes, then pour into a bowl.
- Clean the pan, add a little oil and minced garlic, fry and then add 200 ml of Napoletana tomato sauce, add the chicken thighs and pour more water to cover half of the chicken thighs, season with spices and then close the lid, stirring occasionally, turning the chicken over to cook on both sides. Pull out the cooked chicken and shred it to taste, then mix with the sauce.
- Turn on the stove again to heat the chicken sauce, add the vegetables prepared in the bowl to the sauce, add the chopped basil vegetables, season again to taste the spices, and turn off the heat (add a little pasta broth to the pot to prevent it from being too dry).
