Usage Instructions

Put the sauce in a pot, heat, add sugar and salt if needed. You can add pre-fried ground pork/beef/chicken. Boil the pasta until just done, take it out, and drain. Arrange the pasta on a plate and add the sauce.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 jar of Extra Bolognese Panzani
- 300 grams of soft tofu
- 200 grams of minced pork (depending on need)
- 2 green onions
- 1 shallot
- Seasonings: salt, sugar, broth mix, MSG, pepper, cooking oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients
- Cut the soft tofu into small squares.
- Finely chop the shallot.
- Cut the green onions into small pieces.
Step 2: Start Cooking
- Heat a pan, add cooking oil and sauté the shallot. Briefly stir-fry the minced meat.
- Add ½ jar of Bolognese sauce and cook until it boils, stirring occasionally. Add a little water if the sauce is too thick.
- Add the tofu, and gently stir so the tofu absorbs the sauce (be careful not to break the tofu).
- Season to taste. Cover and maintain low heat for about 3 minutes.
- Finally, turn off the heat and add the chopped green onions and a bit of pepper for fragrance.
Step 3: Finish and enjoy

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
- Wash the eggplants and cut them in half lengthwise.

- Preheat the oven/air fryer to 220°C.
