ABOUT THE PRODUCT
“Collerette” in French means “collar”. The shape of Collerette immediately brings to mind the image of a young woman wearing a lacy, ruffled collar, shy and hesitant. The delicate layers of Collerette create soft, graceful folds that not only enhance the pasta’s visual appeal but also provide a surface for sauces to cling to, resulting in a more flavorful eating experience.
This special and elegant shape makes Collerette pasta a highlight in every meal, making each plate of pasta more luxurious and impressive. Despite being a dried pasta, Collerette tastes remarkably fresh due to its simple ingredients: water, durum wheat, and eggs.
